The Free Lingerie Credit shows the dollar amount, but not what the items purchased
was. Why is that?At Sexy Online Lingerie, we pride ourselves on strict confidentiality. if
someone referred you to us, you might not want them to know what you purchased. Almost
everyone prefers that their sexy Lingerie & Mangerie purchases stay confidential.
Why do items, sometimes get delivered separately?
Since we offer so many items at such low prices, it's impossible to keep everything in stock at the
same time. Many of our suppliers will ship them to you directly, this way we can offer you a much
larger selection, at much lower prices!
Do you accept returns?
It is a federal law that undergarments (All Lingerie & Mangerie would qualify) may not be returned.
Think about it - you certainly wouldn't want to wear undergarments that someone else had tried
on. Yuck! However, we will of course take back any items that have manufacturers defects.
Please contact us if you should have any problems of this nature.
How much are shipping costs? Cheap! Shipping is a flat $7.95
Spend just $100 and Freight is free!
Why can't I use the 15% discount when purchasing Gift Certificates?
If we did this then the acual cost of the gift certificate would be $85. If the recipient of the gift
certificate also uses it with the 15% off program, we would only receive $72.25 toward the
purchase of $100 of Lingerie & Mangerie. We would then be forces to close our doors and go
out of business.
Your shipping prices only state US prices. Can you ship internationally?
Yes! But we must calculate prices differently for different countries. Please contact us as to what
you would like to purchase and the address it's going to and we'l calculate the prices and get
back to you as quickly as possible.
